How do I pay?

Oliver sends a secure checkout link in chat. Pay with any UPI app — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM — or scan the QR code.

Where can I book metro tickets?

Oliver supports metro ticket booking in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru. Choose a city above, select your stations, and continue on WhatsApp to book a supported route.

How do I get my ticket?

Your QR ticket arrives right in the WhatsApp chat as soon as the payment is confirmed.

What if something goes wrong?

If a payment is debited but no ticket arrives, you get an automatic full refund. For anything else, message Oliver or email support@oliver.chat.
